Thirty years of development of China′s textile auxiliaries

China′s dyeing and printing auxiliary industry began in the 1950 s and developed in the 1970 s.The auxiliaries′ varieties cover the bleaching, dyeing, printing and finishing, and basically meet the demands of textile dyeing and printing. However, the production and the number of varieties were still far behind the industrialized countries. Since 1990 s, the production had increased substantially, and the varieties had also become complete. The research and development of some varieties gradually reduced the gap with foreign countries.With the gentrification of textiles and clothing, high demands on the quality and variety of auxiliaries were put forward, promoting the domestic chemicals industry to develop more new products to meet the demand.
